Importance of rules: All institutions must have rules, but the trick is to have them also change and flex as needed, rules that are too static are the downfall of us all.; Top

The most important rule: The most important rule in any rulebook should be that no rule is more important that any other rules, they must ALL be followed.; Top

1) User

a) Do not talk about Perfectioncubed.com: Some secrets must remain secret. [Bannable]; Top

b) Respect other users: The general idea is that everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. [Bannable]; Top

c) Use common sense: We will look kindly on fools or idiots. [Bannable]; Top

d) Do not drink and post: You might think you are uber funny when drunk, but rarely do others think the same. [Warnable]; Top

e) You can make fun of Loxodon: He has hampered the progression of this board almost as much as I have.; Top

f) Admin decision is final: If an Administrator decides something, do not argue or whine because if there is reason for that you are mostly banned already. Arguing and\or whining about the decision will not be tolerated either, but do try to do it somewhere where it does not catch the ever watchful eye of the forum staff. Sexual favors and very well-thought out and proven cases might be the only exceptions here. [Warnable]; Top

2) Posting

a) Do not post pornographic content: You are not allowed to post pictures, links or anything similar in any forums that are not specially designated for it. Even there, the posting of any licensed material is forbidden. Make use of the age of consent map as well - CP, although liked, is not allowed! [Bannable]; Top

b) Do not advertise: Posting links to your sites is frowned upon. If you want something to be linked with you, put it in your signature. [Bannable]; Top

c) Topic titles: Topic titles must accurately describe the contents. Do not post topics saying "Help!" or "Problem", describe the problem. Here is an example: "Hard drive not working even after stomping on it!" [Warnable]; Top

d) Minimum foul language: Not that I am a big advocate of clean language on the internet, but I generally prefer you not to cuss. [Warnable]; Top

e) Post in the correct forum: Please read the forum descriptions and stickes before posting to see if you�re posting in the correct location. [Warnable]; Top

f) Post only in english: I am aware that not everybody is a native english speaker, but this is an english speaking community, so please only use english. [Warnable]; Top

g) Searching: Please search before posting. Use the board search and google before asking a question, because it could have been answered already. [Warnable]; Top

3) Images

a) Signature: Signature must not be bigger than either 600x100px or 500x150px. This means that if an image is larger than 500px in width, then it must not be bigger than 100px in height.
If ever possible, try to fit your signature with the site theme. [Warnable]; Top

b) Avatars: Avatars should be no larger than 150x150px and smaller in size than 275kb. [Warnable]; Top

c) Image macros only in Spam Zone: This means, you will be warned if you post a macro outside of Spam Zone, but even in there, try to keep it to a minimum, this is not a imageboard. [Warnable]; Top

d) Do not upload image macros to this server: I mean it, anybody found doing that will be banned, no questions asked. [Bannable]; Top

Punishments

Warning: A relatively minor infraction. If you accumulate ten warnings you will moved to the Hated usergroup, but fear not, warnings decay over time.; Top

Ban: Some more serious rules can not be broken and this is to enforce them. Sometimes though, a user will be banned because of numerous or continues infractions.; Top

Permaban: This is only issued by the Administrator or similarly privileged person and after consulting with someone else qualified. This includes both username and an IP range.; Top
